We offer a very personalized "Meet & Greet" and Transfer Service to all our guests. From the time your attendees arrive at the luggage claim areas, our staff will welcome them with tasteful signage and escort them to the luggage claim area associated with their flight.

Our staff members will stay with your guests throughout the entire arrival process to assist with luggage retrieval, secure and pay porters and resolve any situations that may result from delayed or missing luggage. Guests are then escorted to the waiting Transportation for Hotel or Pier transfer.

Our GSI Team communicates on-site through radio and cellular links between airport baggage claim staff, airport supervisors, our airport offices, the Porters Coop and our GSI staff at the hotel or at your hospitality desk to ensure the accurate flow of information pertaining to your group's arrival and departure logistics.

We charge for a minimum of six passengers per transfer or flight, or flight combination. When a group arrives on various flights from various airlines we will combine the guests on those flights minimizing the effect of this requirement.

A smooth arrival and departure process is a key element to the success of any program. To ensure this success, we moved our operations office inside the Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport. This physical presence at the airport gives GSI the ability and flexibility to respond to your group's needs and last minute requests with the utmost expediency and efficiency.

Arrival Assistance

GSI staff will be based at the hotel and the airport. Our primary duty at the property is to assist our guest on to the transportation and to radio our awaiting airport staff as to the number of guests and which airlines they are flying on. In this manner, our airport staff will be positioned correctly to receive our guests at the airport.

The airport staff's primary duties are to separate our guest's luggage as per airline, procure and pay porters, escort the porters/luggage and guests through FDA agricultural inspections and then onto their respective airline counters.

All transfers are exclusive to your group on our modern air conditioned Sedans, 14 and 24 passenger vehicles and Motor Coaches.
The process of transferring luggage from the airport to the hotel can be accomplished by differing methods, depending on the size of the group and the arrival pattern. We would either utilize separate baggage trucks or transfer luggage with the attendee on the same vehicle.

Departure Assistance

We provide any assistance you may need in coordinating and preparing your departure notices. We will coordinate between client, front desk and bell staff to determine (to everyone's mutual consent) the times for bag pulls (if necessary) and transfers to the airport.

We can also arrange for special group check-in areas/counters with various airlines if the group is large enough to warrant it in accordance with airline criteria. This enables us to bypass the regular check in lines common to hub airports.

GSI fully staffs and coordinates round-trip transfers from the boarding process at the point of origination to the final departure from the restaurant or club. In addition to drivers, we also send along GSI field personnel to serve you as group's contact at all times. Our drivers and field personnel are in constant radio communication with one another to relay any time changes.

R / T Shopping Transfers / Old San Juan

GSI fully staffs and coordinates all transfers. Our field personnel will be on-site as group's primary contact for any changes or information. Logistics and timing will vary depending on hotels.

VIP Gate Meet Services and Transfers

For those special individuals who need to be singled out, we offer a very personalized gate meet and greet service. Our staff will welcome the clients as they disembark the plane at the gate, with tasteful signage (Client's Name), and escort and assist them throughout the arrival process of luggage retrieval, securing porters and on to the waiting transportation. Includes all luggage handling and portage. Rates vary depending on arrival logistics.

Helicopter Transfers and Excursions

In addition to our wide variety of ground and sea excursions, we also offer some splendid sights from the sky. Aboard one of our helicopters, your group will enjoy a bird's-eye view of the island, which includes a gorgeous stretch of the Luquillo Mountain Range, El Yunque Rainforest, and the Fajardo marina. If they want to gaze down upon Old San Juan as its early founders never could, our airborne tour over the metro area offer breathtaking vistas of El Morro Castle, San Juan Harbor and other historic city landmarks. We can also provide private transfers to local airports as well as to the U.S. and British Virgin Island.
